📌 1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect book.

The issue is reported within 2 days of delivery.

The book is unused, in original condition, and with original packaging (if any).
We do not accept returns for:

Books damaged due to misuse, water, fire, or customer error.

Books purchased under discounts, flash sales, or clearance offers (unless damaged).
⏱ 2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days.
💸 3. Refund Process
If your return is approved:

A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement instead of a refund.
Please note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
🔁 4. Replacement Option
If the same book is in stock, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement is shipped free of charge if the error was from our side.
🚫 5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
